The organization presents a distinctive chance to realign global business operations and prepare the entire Group for future advancements. Currently, approximately 14,000 personnel utilize existing SAP ERP systems, processing over 50 million transactions monthly.
ZEISS is committed to standardizing and streamlining various ERP systems from multiple companies throughout the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The objective is to align closely with SAP standards and harmonize processes across all sectors and regions wherever feasible, emphasizing Efficiency, Effectiveness, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.
This initiative is as thrilling as it is intricate. FIT4 serves as a crucial lever in executing the Company's strategic agenda.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee (regional/segment-specific) business requirements, including business roles and data design, within the global template SAP S/4HANA system, conducting local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of deputy/hub process owners for end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes.
- Facilitate the adaptation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, including process modeling, to achieve FIT4 objectives of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with entity business experts on preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
- Provide mentorship and direction for junior hub business experts in areas such as requirements analysis and business process modeling.
- Design and manage test cases, conducting comprehensive functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Actively engage in the roll-in of assigned projects within a region, primarily within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, across SBUs/segments.
- Contribute to the development of training materials as organized by the training lead and, if required, assist in end-user training.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management, particularly with Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
- Understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, including Customer Order Management, Intercompany Sales, and integration with sales-related processes and systems, such as RAR, CRM, and Webshop interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements management and business process design.
- Familiarity with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Exceptional conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Aptitude for building networks and a willingness to collaborate in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel (up to 70%).
