The Opportunity: The organization is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance global business processes, preparing the entire Group for future challenges. With approximately 14,000 employees engaged with existing SAP ERP systems, ZEISS processes over 50 million transactions monthly. The objective is to standardize and streamline various ERP systems across the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, aiming for alignment with SAP standards and harmonization of processes across all sectors and regions, focusing on Efficiency, Effectiveness, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.

Your Role: As a key player, you will oversee business requirements and design necessary process adaptations. A deep understanding of end-to-end business processes within a SAP environment is essential. Your strong conceptual, results-driven, and communication skills will enable you to navigate the complexities of the ZEISS Fit4 program.

  • Manage regional and segment-specific business requirements, including business roles and data design, within the global SAP S/4HANA template.
  • Drive the adaptation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes towards FIT4 objectives, collaborating with business experts on preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
  • Guide and mentor junior hub business experts in requirements analysis and business process modeling.
  • Design and manage test cases, conducting comprehensive functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Contribute to the implementation of assigned roll-in projects within your region.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and support end-user training as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management, particularly with Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, including Customer Order Management and Intercompany Sales.
  • Proven experience in business requirements management and business process design.
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA, along with relevant third-party business systems.
  • Industry-specific knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for building networks and enthusiasm for working in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
