With a workforce of approximately 14,000 employees utilizing existing SAP ERP systems, ZEISS is committed to standardizing and streamlining various ERP systems across the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.

This project is both thrilling and intricate. Responsibilities include:
- Managing regional and segment-specific business requirements towards the global SAP S/4HANA template through local fit-gap analyses, under the guidance of deputy or hub process owners.
- Assisting senior hub business experts in designing necessary end-to-end process modifications to align with global template processes.
- Conducting data cleansing activities.
- Designing and owning test cases while performing functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA system, and supporting the definition and execution of functional test cases.
- Actively participating in the roll-in of assigned projects within a region, primarily within a segment, and potentially across SBUs/segments as directed by the regional hub lead.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report, and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management).
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) along with relevant third-party business systems.
- Exceptional conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Aptitude for building networks and a strong desire to collaborate within an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Business fluency in English.
