Opportunity Overview
The ZEISS Group is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance its global business processes, preparing the organization for future challenges. With a workforce of approximately 14,000 employees, we currently manage over 50 million transactions monthly through existing SAP ERP systems.
Project Vision
Our objective is to standardize and streamline various ERP systems across the Group as we transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. This initiative aims to align closely with SAP standards and harmonize processes across different segments and regions, focusing on key principles such as Efficiency, Effectiveness, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of business requirements specific to regional and segment needs, including business roles and data design, within the global SAP S/4HANA template.
- Facilitate the adaptation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, including process modeling, to achieve FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with local business experts on preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior hub business experts in areas such as requirements analysis and business process modeling.
- Design and manage test cases, conducting comprehensive functional end-to-end testing within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Actively engage in the implementation of assigned roll-in projects, primarily within specific segments, and potentially across multiple business units as directed by regional leadership.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and support end-user training as organized by the training lead.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management, particularly with Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, including customer order management and integration with sales-related systems.
- Demonstrated experience in business requirements management and process design.
- Familiarity with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA, along with relevant third-party business systems.
- Industry-specific knowledge is advantageous.
- Exceptional conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Adept at building networks and thriving in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
