ZEISS is committed to standardizing and streamlining various ERP systems from multiple companies throughout the Group during the transition from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The objective is to align closely with SAP standards and harmonize processes across all sectors and nations wherever feasible, emphasizing Efficiency, Effectiveness, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.
This initiative is as thrilling as it is intricate. FIT4 serves as a crucial lever in executing the Company's strategic agenda.
The successful candidates will oversee the management of business requirements and the design of necessary process modifications.
Candidates must possess a profound understanding of comprehensive business processes and requirements, particularly within a SAP context. Exceptional conceptual, results-driven, and communication skills are essential to navigate the complexities and rapid pace of the ZEISS Fit4 program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (including business roles, data design) in relation to the global template SAP S/4HANA system, conducting local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of deputy/hub process owners for end-to-end Service-to-Customer business processes.
- Propel the adaptation of end-to-end Service-to-Customer business processes (including process modeling) towards FIT4 objectives of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with entity business experts on preparatory tasks, such as data cleansing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modeling).
- Design and manage test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests within the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Actively engage in the roll-in of assigned projects within a region (primarily within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, also across SBUs/segments).
- Contribute, as organized by the training lead, to the development of training materials and, if required, support end users.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on Customer Service Relationship Management.
- Understanding of end-to-end Service-to-Customer business processes, including Customer order management, Returns and claims management, Demand and inventory management of spare parts, and integration with sales-related processes and systems, such as RAR, CRM, and Webshop interfaces.
- Proven experience in business requirements management and business process design.
- Familiarity with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks and a strong desire to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
- Business fluency in English and German (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel (up to 70%).
