Als Director of Sales (m/w/d) der Motel One Group gestalten Sie aktiv die Zukunft unserer stetig wachsenden Budget-Design-Hotelkette mit. Sie sind dabei maßgeblich für die Weiterentwicklung der Sales Strategie sowie der Sales Organisation im DACH-Raum verantwortlich. 

In dieser Schlüsselrolle berichten Sie direkt an den CEO und die Operations Manager. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team der Area Sales Manager fungieren Sie als wichtige Schnittstelle in die Regionen und tragen die Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Sales Ziele. 

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören des Weiteren: 

  • Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte Key Accounts
  • Fachliche Führung der Area Sales Manager und des Key Account Bund
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Sales & Corporate Events
  • Vertragsgestaltung der Firmenkunden
  • Erstellung von Revenue & KPI Analysen, sowie Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Sales Performance Analysen
  • Aktive Mitgliedschaft im VDR und Organisation regionaler Mitgliedschaften
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Sales Trainingskonzepte
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Bookers 
  • Ansprechpartner für HRS
  • Beteiligung an der Entwicklung der Preisstrategie
     

Qualifikationen

  • Langjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
  • Kenntnisse im Revenue Management, Belegungsoptimierung und Kundenbindung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Organisation und Motivation von großen Teams
  • Strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung langfristiger Vertriebsstrategien
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ausdrucksstärke in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Umfangreiches Netzwerk zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden und Branchenexperten
