Sales Director (w/m/d) APAC (Asia Pacific)

The Sales Director for the APAC region will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the market presence of our software solutions. This position involves:

  • Revenue Responsibility: Overseeing the sales performance of software products across the APAC territory.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborating with the sales team and the Vice President of Sales to formulate effective sales strategies tailored to the region.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and nurturing the regional sales team, focusing on both professional growth and disciplinary management.
  • Key Account Management: Enhancing direct sales efforts with major clients and strategic partners.
  • Branch Development: Managing existing branches while planning for the establishment of new locations within the region.
  • Cross-Departmental Representation: Acting as the representative for the APAC team in various committees and collaborative working groups.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring international sales teams.
  • Proven history of achieving results in B2B software sales, including direct engagement with customers and sales partners.
  • Experience in sectors such as automation, machinery manufacturing, and preferably, image processing technologies.
  • Understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
