Product Sales Specialist – Automated Products

Apply now and become part of our team Product Sales Specialist – Automated Products (m/f/d) Responsibilities: * Representing Caljan to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects * Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory * Ensure established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded * Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales * Perform product presentations, distribute marketing material, and attend trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company * Create new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts * Close collaboration with Caljan DACH sales teams, sales support and engineering Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred * Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity * Fluent German and English * Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context * Analytical and communication skills * Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus Benefits: * A varied job in a continuously growing international company * Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes * Possible to live anywhere in Germany, but presence at the site in Halle (Westphalia) at least once a month * Company car for private use * Permanent employment contract * Familiar environment * Company events * Additional benefits, such as capital-forming benefits, private travel health / accident insurance, and voluntary additional meal allowance * Company bicycle leasing * Referral program * Individual further training opportunities * Regular performance reviews with the opportunity to optimize salary We offer a modern working environment where we look forward to your innovative ideas and contributions.
