Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a challenging role that combines product knowledge with global market expertise? Caljan GmbH, a leading provider of logistics automation technology, is seeking an experienced Automated Products Sales Representative to join its team.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of automated products and their applications in various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Caljan in the DACH region, maintaining existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
  • Performing product presentations, distributing marketing materials, and attending trade shows and industry functions on behalf of the company
  • Closing collaboration with Caljan's DACH sales teams, sales support, and engineering

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics
