  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
  • Fluent German and English
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus Responsibilities:
    • Representing Caljan to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects
    • Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
    • Ensure established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded
    • Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
    • Perform product presentations, distribute marketing material, and attend trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company
    • Create new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts
    • Close collaboration with Caljan DACH sales teams, sales support and engineering
