Manage and coordinate the assigned account base in line with the corporate growth targets and the global account strategy. Responsible for growing footprint position at the assigned customer in the relevant market segments, in line with onsemi's product portfolio and the corporate strategic direction. Meet sales and design win budget within dedicated customer base and maximize onsemi's market share. Coordinate worldwide activities within the assigned account.

Work location: Munich, Germany

Create and identify new opportunities, develop and execute strategies to drive onsemi market share increase. Establish detailed understanding of customer activity by building solid and trustworthy relationships at the customer. Develop in depth understanding of customer structure, markets, products, goals and strategy. Be the advocate of the customer inside onsemi. Ensure “share of mind” for onsemi at the assigned customer organizations. Ensure accurate customer RFQ information and commercials are provided. Identify New Product and Business opportunities and drive to conclusion in order to grow onsemi's business at the customer at a sustainable profit margin. Manage and leverage worldwide network (business units, local sales, …) and support organizations (customer service, marketing, pricing …) to successfully achieve goals. Identify competition behavior in the account base. Identify and execute strategic plans to counter competition. Engineering degree, 5+ years of experience. Excellent relationship building, negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of semiconductor products and business aspects. Self motivated and team oriented. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and salesforce. Excellent English and German language skills (fluent conversation). Based in Germany, Munich or willingness to relocate.
