Global Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for business development and sales for one of our top leading Automotive Accounts, leading to revenue generation across all regions.
  • Develop and manage opportunities, monitor ongoing projects, and drive them to success, working closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Business Units, Supply Chain, and other internal functional teams.
  • Communicate product features and roadmap to customers to secure design wins and drive revenue growth.
  • Regular travel required to meet with customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on automotive products.
  • Proven ability to drive sales development cycles to revenue success, with a strong track record of closing design wins and generating revenue growth.
  • Strategic value selling and knowledge of who to target within customers, with the ability to develop deep relationships and cooperation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong execution skills, results-oriented, and ability to work well with team members and collaborate effectively across functional groups.
  • Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent education in other related areas.
