Global Business Development Manager for Amazon EU Sellers

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our EU Marketplace Export team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our thriving third-party seller community.

The role involves analyzing sales and traffic data to identify opportunities for growth, leveraging competitive intelligence to generate leads, and successfully onboarding new sellers onto Amazon's global marketplace. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across organizations to consolidate existing services and develop new offerings that cater to the evolving needs of our seller community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hit ambitious business and financial goals that directly impact the success of our sellers
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to uncover opportunities to improve the overall Marketplace experience
  • Tackle complex challenges by diagnosing the root causes of seller performance issues and developing tailored strategies for specific product segments
  • Spearhead projects to enhance customer and seller experience, partnering with cross-functional internal and external teams

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth while making a tangible impact on the success of European businesses on the world's largest online marketplace.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • 6 months to 3 years of related experience
  • English language fluency is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels
  • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management, as well as e-commerce or retail experience.
