About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of Berlin's unique culture and customer base. As a Strategic Wellness Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Bookings: Develop targeted campaigns to attract new clients and fill our schedule.
  • Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, online advertising, and local channels to maximize conversions.
  • Partnerships and Community Engagement: Build relationships with local influencers, wellness businesses, and partners to drive awareness and new customer acquisition.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and adapt strategies to meet targets.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the wellness or fitness sectors.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive bookings and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of social media, online advertising, and email marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage local communities and partners.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; conversational proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving challenges and opportunities.
