Job Description

This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founders, driving growth and innovation initiatives. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence, maturing our product, and have the opportunity to develop into a future leadership position.

You will assist in strategic decision-making processes, business development, and sales activities. Additionally, you will coordinate and independently manage key topics to accelerate the growth of Cosmos.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in startup environments, preferably in Sales & Business Development or Communications
  • Fluency in English (German is an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
