About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in start-up, agency, or hyper-growth environments. If you have experience in the hotel industry, that's a plus
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new customers and partners through strategic outreach and communication.
- Provide exceptional daily communication and customer service for our national and international customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of customer data.
- Process customer requests via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
- Edit tickets in our ticketing system and collaborate closely with your team to drive issue resolution.
- Develop innovative strategies to build growth pillars within the company.
- Serve as a friendly intermediary between hotel partners and customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships across departments, including Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in a start-up, agency, or hyper-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Empathy and self-confidence to understand customer motivations and adapt to their needs.
- Strong team spirit and passion for delivering results.
