We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at REPLUG. As a key member of our OEM marketing business, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through new business development activities.

About the Role
  • You will lead the identification and qualification of new prospects globally, developing and implementing sales and go-to-market strategies to meet growth and revenue goals.
  • Your expertise in prospecting tools, such as Apollo, ZeroBounce, Sales Navigator, and Apptica, will be instrumental in engaging prospects and presenting OEM partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team, you will enhance lead generation and qualification efforts, ensuring effective communication of REPLUG's offerings and values through email and phone.

This is a contractor role, offering the opportunity to work remotely and grow into a leadership position within the OEM business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development activities globally for our OEM offering, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies to meet growth and revenue goals.
  • Qualify leads, engage in phone interactions, and negotiate deals.
  • Manage sales data accuracy in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Effectively communicate REPLUG's offerings and values through email and phone.
  • Develop creative approaches to engage prospects and present OEM partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and qualification efforts.
About You
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in app installs and media campaigns (knowledge of OEM marketing is a significant advantage).
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
