Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to develop new business streams for our English and German speaking markets. This role involves executing the overall business plan to exceed targets and goals, developing strategic sales and marketing plans, and building strong relationships with key accounts and partners.

You will be responsible for utilizing solution-based selling techniques, prospecting new account opportunities, delivering sales and revenue growth, and responding to RFPs by offering compelling business cases.

In addition, you will establish and manage contractual agreements with corporate clients and strategic partners.

  • This includes leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to recognize business opportunities.
  • A good amount of experience in business development and sales, ideally face-to-face and telecommunications.
  • Strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques.
  • An advantage if you have knowledge or contacts from key players in the home and living space, and understand the main business metrics and models in this field.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
