Your Role as Strategic HR Partner- Be a strategic advisor to leaders, enhancing organisational effectiveness by providing guidance and support on people-related challenges.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to tackle tough business problems and complex challenges, leveraging your expertise and the People team.
- Develop programs that keep employees engaged, retained, and developed throughout their careers, aligning with our business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and organisational effectiveness, using data and insights to inform smart decisions.
- Cultivate leadership skills in change management, building high-performance teams, improving engagement, effective communication, and handling complex team member issues.
- Champion our company culture and values, ensuring all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Advise on labour law regulations and implications, guiding leaders through conflict management, performance and conduct issues, and dismissals.
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner in a high-growth international environment.
- A background supporting GTM, R&D, or other business functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth analytical skills, with a proven ability to be data-informed in decision-making.
- Resilience in a constantly changing environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Expertise in labour law, supporting leaders in its execution.

We provide a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A learning budget of EUR 2000, prorated based on 12 months and a 40-hour workweek.

- Home office flexibility, with a beautiful office in the heart of Friedrichshain and the option to work remotely across Germany.
