Regional Sales Director - Germany (DACH)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful go-to-market strategy, targeting net new business, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our presence in the DACH region.
  • Net New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your C-level and executive connections.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Partner Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to drive sales growth.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience selling OT/IoT software or working in an early-stage cyber start-up.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industrial environment is beneficial.
  • C-level Selling Experience: Proven experience selling to C-level executives in enterprise businesses.
  • Hands-on Approach: Proactive and hands-on approach to sales and business development.
  • Quota Achievement: History of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
