Key Responsibilities- Oversee sales operations across the Asia Pacific region
- Work in tandem with the Sales Director for strategic business development
- Build and nurture relationships with existing international clients and distributors
- Identify and engage new international clientele
- Plan and execute customer visits
- Represent the company at international trade exhibitions
- Collaborate closely with customer service and R&D teams
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, and prepare comprehensive offers
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Travel internationally as required, approximately 30-50%
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or business administration with a strong technical foundation
- Preferred experience in international sales
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Willingness to travel internationally and possess a valid driver's license
- Permanent employment contract
