Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region to drive our mission of enhancing connectivity and access control through innovative ID-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Go-To-Market strategy across the DACH region.
  • Establish and nurture executive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to meet quarterly sales objectives.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline, assess opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate favorable business terms with clients to foster enduring partnerships.
  • Develop and sustain strategic channel partnerships.
  • Engage directly with clients and collaborate with channel partners.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Proven experience in selling ICS-OT cybersecurity solutions within process industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with a commitment to staying informed on industry standards and practices related to ICS-OT cybersecurity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to shifting priorities and urgent business needs.
  • Experience with IDP, SSO, PAM, and OT is advantageous.
  • Quick learner of innovative technologies.
  • Experience presenting to C-Level executives and audiences focused on OT security.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
