Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations across the Asia Pacific region
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director for strategic growth in the area
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing international clients and distributors
  • Identify and engage new international clientele
  • Coordinate and execute customer visits
  • Represent the company at international trade exhibitions
  • Work in tandem with customer service and R&D teams
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and prepare proposals
  • Provide reports on regional sales activities, market dynamics, product opportunities, and business expansion
  • Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 30-50% of the time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or business administration with a strong technical inclination and chemistry knowledge
  • Preferred experience in international sales
  • Proficient in English
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally and possess a valid driver's license
