Job Title: Territory Sales Manager for Dealer ChannelAbout Sunseeker Europe:

Sunseeker Europe is a rapidly growing enterprise in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) and Robotic industry, with a strong presence in Europe. Our European company is based in Germany and we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to expand our Robotic Mower across the continent.

  • Focus on Cordless OPE (40,60V) and Robotic Mower (Wireless + Wire)
  • Global Top 5 Market share of Robotic mower
  • Global Top 5 Biggest assortment of 60V OPE line (Commercial + Prosumer)
  • Cooperating with World Top brands and major Distributors and Retail Stores
  • Technology Driven, 4 R&D centers with 260+ Engineers, 300+ patents
  • Annual output around 2 Million pcs OPE and target to reach 4 Million pcs in 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities based on market research and analysis
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to explore new markets and expand existing ones
  • Formulate dealer selection mechanisms and regional sales plans to drive sales growth
  • Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales methods and optimize sales operations
  • Meet with customers to address their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure efficiency of sales operations, including regional sales forecasting and order delivery risk management
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience in Robotics or OPE
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Ability to adapt to overnight travel and work in a fast-paced environment
