Channel Marketing Coordinator

PACC is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Partner Marketing Specialist to drive the expansion and enhancement of our channel initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is essential in fostering robust relationships with our strategic channel partners, particularly in the fields of Telematics, Telecommunications, and Fleet Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the growth of channel partnerships in EMEA by implementing targeted marketing strategies aimed at sales enablement.
- Engage in local exhibitions and events, including proprietary and partner-hosted gatherings, tailored to regional needs with a focus on effective budget management.
- Strengthen and enable strategic alliances that improve customer satisfaction and purchasing ease through localized marketing efforts for PACC solutions.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create communications for new product introductions aimed at channel partners.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to plan and execute channel marketing campaigns.
- Implement focused marketing initiatives, activating localized messaging for lead generation and brand awareness while identifying opportunities to promote and influence video solutions.
- Support partner and market expansion by achieving key performance indicators in field marketing, enhancing activation efforts, and promoting market-centric messaging.
- Establish thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry trends and acting as a subject matter expert for local markets.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in channel marketing with resellers.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven history of meeting KPIs and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, crucial for effective cross-functional teamwork and partner engagement.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the fleet management sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A demonstrated interest in emerging high-tech trends (such as AI and IoT) with the ability to convey these concepts in accessible language for non-technical audiences.
