Channel Marketing Coordinator

PACC is looking for an enthusiastic Partner Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding our channel operations across the EMEA region. This position is essential for fostering and enhancing our strategic relationships with channel partners, particularly in the fields of Telematics, Telecommunications, and Fleet Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of channel partnerships in EMEA by implementing targeted marketing initiatives aimed at sales support.
- Participate in regional events, including proprietary, partner, and industry gatherings, ensuring effective budget management.
- Facilitate and empower strategic alliances that enhance customer satisfaction and ease of purchase through localized marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to craft communications for new product introductions.
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to plan and execute channel marketing campaigns.
- Implement focused marketing strategies that activate local messaging for lead generation and brand awareness, while identifying opportunities to promote video solutions.
- Contribute to partner and market expansion by achieving key performance indicators in field marketing, scaling activation efforts, and promoting market-centric messaging.
- Establish thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry developments and acting as a subject matter expert for local markets.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in channel marketing, particularly with resellers.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven history of meeting KPIs and objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective cross-functional teamwork and partner engagement.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with fleet management companies is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A demonstrated interest in emerging high-tech trends (such as AI and IoT) with the capability to convey these concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
