Channel Marketing Coordinator

PACC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Partner Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing our channel presence across EMEA. This position is essential for executing initiatives that strengthen our strategic relationships with channel partners, particularly in the fields of Telematics, Telecommunications, and Fleet Management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Driving the expansion and enhancement of channel partnerships in EMEA through targeted marketing strategies aimed at sales support.
- Participating in various local exhibitions and events, including proprietary, supported, and partner-hosted gatherings, ensuring effective budget management.
- Fostering and empowering strategic alliances that deliver increased customer value and ease of purchase through localized marketing efforts for PACC solutions.
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing team to craft communications for new product introductions tailored for channel partners.
- Working across departments with key stakeholders to plan and implement channel marketing campaigns.
- Executing focused marketing initiatives that activate localized messaging for lead generation and brand awareness, while identifying opportunities to promote and influence video solutions.
- Contributing to partner and market growth by achieving key performance indicators in field marketing, scaling up activation efforts, and promoting market-centric messaging.
- Establishing thought leadership by remaining updated on industry trends and acting as a subject matter expert for local markets.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related discipline, coupled with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in channel marketing, particularly with resellers.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven history of meeting KPIs and objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, vital for effective cross-functional teamwork and partner engagement.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with fleet management companies is a plus, though not mandatory.
- A demonstrated interest in emerging high-tech trends (such as AI and IoT) with the capability to convey their relevance to non-technical audiences.
