Channel Marketing Coordinator

PACC is on the lookout for a proactive Partner Marketing Specialist to drive the expansion and enhancement of our channel initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is essential in fostering and executing programs that strengthen our strategic relationships with channel partners, particularly in the sectors of Telematics, Telecommunications, and Fleet Management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Facilitating the growth of channel partners in EMEA through the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at sales support.
- Participating in various local exhibitions and events, including proprietary, supported, and partner-driven activities, ensuring effective budget management.
- Engaging with and empowering strategic partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and purchasing ease through localized marketing efforts for PACC solutions.
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing team to create communications for new product introductions aimed at channel partners.
- Working cross-departmentally with key stakeholders to plan and execute channel marketing campaigns.
- Implementing targeted marketing strategies that activate local messaging for lead generation and brand awareness, while identifying opportunities to promote video solutions.
- Supporting partner and market growth by achieving key performance indicators in field marketing, scaling activation efforts, and promoting market-centric messaging.
- Establishing thought leadership by staying updated on industry trends and acting as a subject matter expert for local markets.
- Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in channel marketing, particularly with resellers.
- A results-oriented approach with a proven history of meeting KPIs and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, vital for effective cross-functional teamwork and partner engagement.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with fleet management companies is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A demonstrated interest in emerging high-tech trends (such as AI and IoT) with the capability to communicate these concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
