We are seeking a highly skilled GTM Specialist to join our team at Ecovacs Europe GmbH. As a key member of our European market expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans for our home robotics product across European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the European market.
- Develop and Refine GTM Strategies: Develop and refine go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market needs and consumer behaviors.
- Product Launches: Coordinate and manage product launches from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.
- Marketing and Sales Enablement: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools to drive product adoption and sales.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback.
- Channel Management: Identify and develop relationships with key distribution and retail partners in the region.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a GTM, product marketing, or related role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home robotics industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of successful product launches and market expansion in Europe, strong analytical skills, excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
