- Identify sales opportunities based on market research and analysis
- Formulate dealer selection mechanism and regional sales plans to explore new markets and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute effective marketing promotion plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales methods and optimize our sales strategy
- Meet with customers to address their needs and provide services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure efficiency of sales operations, such as regional sales forecast and order delivery risk control
- Associate's degree or relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience in Robotics or OPE, with a strong understanding of the European market
- Strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Ability to adapt to overnight travel and work in a fast-paced environment
