Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales opportunities based on market research and analysis
  • Formulate dealer selection mechanism and regional sales plans to explore new markets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute effective marketing promotion plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales methods and optimize our sales strategy
  • Meet with customers to address their needs and provide services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure efficiency of sales operations, such as regional sales forecast and order delivery risk control
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience in Robotics or OPE, with a strong understanding of the European market
  • Strong interpersonal skills both internally and externally, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Ability to adapt to overnight travel and work in a fast-paced environment
