We are a rapidly growing French company, MLIB, that specializes in preserving family stories through beautifully designed books. Our products are exclusively sold internationally, making us a unique player in the market.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Founder and CEO to drive growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Marketing Team

Develop and execute acquisition channel strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Defining and Executing Expansion Strategies

Identify new markets and opportunities for growth, and develop plans to execute on these strategies.

Managing Creative Agencies

Oversee the work of external creative agencies to ensure high-quality output and alignment with our brand vision.

Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monitor and analyze key metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Managing Shopify and E-commerce Platforms

Oversee the management of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimal sales performance.

Creating Landing Pages and Marketing Materials

Develop and implement effective marketing materials, including landing pages, to drive conversions and sales.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in growth marketing and e-commerce. You should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Head of Growth for a D2C brand or Performance Marketer or Growth Manager
  • Strong interest in paid social and digital marketing
