Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Owns and manages the customer experience
- Has responsibility for end-to-end customer experience and inland transport planning
- Drives projects and forms processes
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end rail shipments, FTL/LTL shipments, and financial aspects. You will also have full customer ownership and be in daily contact with vendors, Maersk teams, and customers.
