Senior Customer Experience Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Director to lead our customer support organization and drive exceptional service delivery for our business partners and B2C customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Account Managers and B2C support agents, ensuring a seamless customer experience across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring smooth onboarding and SDK implementation for our app partners.
- Lead a team of B2C support agents, resolving technical issues for our mobile gamers and ensuring timely support.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, teams, and clients to provide solutions that maximize their business goals.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure our platform meets client needs and provides a positive user experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a service organization, preferably in the (mobile) ad tech industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or one basic programming or scripting language.
