Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer experience within the assigned scope in SCM, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SCM customer portfolio, with a core focus on transportation management and financial operations.
- Wide range of stakeholder's management across GSC teams, operations and European customer stakeholders.
- Bring your experience and skillset to streamline the Financial operations process, ensuring consistent handling and improved techniques.
- Strong economic awareness & can identify root cause analysis and improvements.
Requirements:
- Customer experience knowledge in logistic sector, financial acumen can be plus.
- Proactive approach & enjoys working with customers.Strong human relationship skills.
- Wide stakeholder management, cross regions.
- Streamline processes, identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improvement mindset.
- Take ownership of the account portfolio.
- Good communication skills in English. German language can be a plus.
