Job Title: Area Vice President, Customer Workflows EMEA

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee the market success of our Customer Workflow products in EMEA. As the Area Vice President, Customer Workflows EMEA, you'll be responsible for driving growth and strategy in this critical region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Solution Sales managers and Senior Solution Account Executives to achieve key KPIs and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Customer Workflow products in EMEA, leveraging both vertical and horizontal sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Field Sales, to drive customer success and adoption.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and communications on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive customer success practices across the area, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting, and execution.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of field-based sales or solution sales representatives in a matrixed sales environment in the enterprise software space.
  • Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring.
  • A strong track-record selling business applications in the customer service, field service, or supply chain domains.
  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas selling to large accounts (20,000+ employees).
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing, high-potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing.
