At ServiceNow, we are seeking an experienced Area Vice President to lead our Customer Workflows EMEA team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Customer Workflows EMEA, leveraging both vertical and horizontal sales strategies.
  • Lead a team of 1st line Customer Workflow Solution Sales managers and individual contributors, providing guidance and support to achieve key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution consulting, professional services, and field sales, to drive customer success and growth.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and communications on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive customer success practices across the region, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support territory strategy and planning, improving vertical understanding, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles.
  • Partner with customers to develop strategies for digital transformation, leveraging ServiceNow solutions to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of field-based sales or solution sales representatives in a matrixed sales environment, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas.
  • Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships, with a demonstrated ability to coach and mentor.
  • A strong track record of selling business applications in the customer service, field service, or supply chain domains.
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing, high-potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing.
  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills of sales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities, with a proven track record of managing a growing team in different geographical locations across Europe.
