At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee the market success of our Customer Workflow products in the EMEA region. As our Area Vice President, Customer Workflows EMEA, you'll be responsible for driving growth and strategy in this critical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales managers and individual contributors to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the EMEA region, leveraging both vertical and horizontal sales approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution consulting, professional services, and field sales, to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Manage accurate forecasting and communication on a daily basis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive customer success practices across the area and support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and account use case targeting.
- 10+ years of experience managing a team of field-based sales or solution sales representatives in a matrixed sales environment in the enterprise software space.
- Strong experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor.
- A strong track-record selling business applications in the customer service, field service, or supply chain domains.
- A consistent track-record meeting and exceeding team quotas selling to large accounts (20,000+ employees).
- Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing, high-potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing.
