Business Development Representative Germany

Spendesk is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and creating an initial point of contact with prospective financial team members.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business and position yourself for excellent development opportunities within the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting: Carry out outbound prospecting campaigns using cold-calls, emails, video-mails, social selling, and events to create a first point of contact with prospects and obtain appointments.
- Qualification: Qualify and understand the needs of prospects to direct them towards the Spendesk solution if suitable.
- Collaboration: Transfer prospect information to Account Executives to sign up new customers.
- CRM: Monitor performance using activity metrics from our CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft).
- Feedback: Provide daily feedback to help the Sales team continue to grow.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with C-Level Finance staff.
- Ambitious, tenacious, and target-driven individual who exceeds targets.
- Predisposition to cold-calling as the best way to contact prospects.
- Team player willing to take risks for the team.
- Fluent German and English speaker.
- Bonus: Previous experience in Sales and as an SDR/BDR.
