We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Katapult in Essen, Germany.

Company Overview

Katapult is one of the fastest growing food Tech/SaaS scale-ups in Europe. Our company has experienced 300% growth in just four years and has a strong presence in Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Paris with over 200 employees.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position is up to €52,000 per year, plus a bonus structure of up to €20,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, remote work options, and strong secondary benefits.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, overseeing the growth strategy specifically for the Essen region. This includes taking charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, as well as conducting field sales visits to new and existing clients in Essen.

You will also be tasked with defining and implementing sales priorities and initiatives, as well as strategizing to outpace competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hunter mentality and self-motivation
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
