Transformative Opportunity
ChooseMyCompany, a pioneering organization in employee engagement solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for discovering qualified opportunities, closing deals, and establishing long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute lead generation activities to identify and approach key decision-makers within accounts.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of customer subscriptions by designing and running targeted outbound campaigns.
- Represent ChooseMyCompany at events and conferences to showcase our innovative solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations to expand our network and reach.
- Native-level German and fluent English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales, with a strong background in HR solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
