Low-Code Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Low-Code Business Development Representative to join our team at 02100 Digital GmbH in Hamburg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company as we establish ourselves as Europe's leading low-code powerhouse.
About the RoleAs a Low-Code Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales efforts across various industries. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire project cycle, from acquisition to after-sales support.
- Management support: Prepare offers, help negotiate, and close deals in collaboration with our management team.
- Improve processes and establish new sales channels: Help us set up new mechanisms for our sales team, shape processes, and identify new opportunities.
- Experience in selling services and digital goods: You have already worked as a sales manager for some years.
- Communication is key: Good negotiation skills and the ability to present yourself confidently and professionally in client calls.
- Strong organizational skills: Easily organize and schedule events.
- Find solutions fast: Goal-oriented with solid communication skills.
- Join a team of makers: As part of our team, you will become a certified no-code expert (Webflow, bubble.io, Shopify, and Integromat) and receive training to enhance your skills.
- Competitive profit share: We distribute 10% of annual profits to our team according to our Performance-based bonus system.
- Training budget: An annual budget of €1,000 EUR is provided for each employee to participate in workshops, courses, or other events teaching new skills.
- Brand-new office: Our 200m² office in Hamburg's prime location is designed to provide a productive and creative work environment.

- Hybrid working: Mondays are remote days, and flexible working arrangements are encouraged.
