About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our high-volume client relationships at HERBLIZ Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships and driving organic growth through strategic planning and effective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
  • Gather and report customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: MA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer services.
  • Skills:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range

€60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
