Business Development Manager for High-Volume Clients

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our high-volume client relationships at HERBLIZ Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships and driving organic growth through strategic planning and effective communication.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
- Gather and report customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
- Education: MA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer services.
- Skills:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
€60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
