About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager DACH to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives at all levels and in various industries.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, ensuring a world-class service to our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Community team to convert leads into missions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Support clients in their search for the best freelance talent, deploying the Malt reflex as a trusted advisor.

About You

  • You have previous sales experience, ideally in a SaaS platform or marketplace environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a hunter with a proven track record of developing creative prospecting strategies and driving business growth.
  • Curiosity and the ability to establish and formalize short, medium, and long-term client needs are essential.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry is a plus, but not required.
