Business Development Representative

ClearOps is a Munich-based start-up that provides a transformative B2B enterprise software for the data-based optimization of supply chains in the machine manufacturing industry. Our mission is to keep the world of machines running smoothly by harnessing the power of data from machines to dealers to manufacturers and changing the way machine manufacturing companies operate their aftersales networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop from a prospecting expert to an experienced sales professional in just one year
- Take responsibility for your own deals in the sales pipeline - from qualified lead generation up to the successful closing of the contract
- Convince new leads to use ClearOps as the first point of contact for our customers
- Inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- Experience in the software industry or machine manufacturing industry is a plus
