Business Development Representative

Paretos is a leading AI-based decision intelligence platform that empowers businesses to make informed, data-driven decisions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in the DACH region and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating contact with potential customers via phone, video call, or in-person meetings
- Conducting high-level discussions to determine business needs and evoke interest in our products
- Mastering and continuously improving all relevant steps from contact identification to internal handover
- Collaborating with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives, and Customer Success Experts
- Meeting and exceeding personal targets while contributing to the company's greater goals
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales for SaaS products, preferably in AI or Supply Chain Management
- Tech-savviness and ability to leverage modern technology and tools
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Coachability and resilience
- Eagerness to learn and develop into an Account Executive role
- Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and English
