Business Development Representative

Paretos is a leading AI-based decision intelligence platform that empowers businesses to make informed, data-driven decisions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in the DACH region and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating contact with potential customers via phone, video call, or in-person meetings
  • Conducting high-level discussions to determine business needs and evoke interest in our products
  • Mastering and continuously improving all relevant steps from contact identification to internal handover
  • Collaborating with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives, and Customer Success Experts
  • Meeting and exceeding personal targets while contributing to the company's greater goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales for SaaS products, preferably in AI or Supply Chain Management
  • Tech-savviness and ability to leverage modern technology and tools
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Coachability and resilience
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into an Account Executive role
  • Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and English
