We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving and managing sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage sales opportunities through the sales stages to close, identifying the best customer support experience on large opportunities
  • Collaborate with field teams, Global Black Belt (GBB) teams, pricing specialists, and channel partners
  • Become a product SME, understanding not only the Surface portfolio, but the programs and incentives available to make sure the customer has the best experience and outcome
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers looking to learn more about Surface, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
  • Identify, pursue and track Surface opportunities across all variations of customers in Enterprise and SMC-Corporate sectors

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Knowledge of hardware / Surface products is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Understanding of the partner and reseller eco-system
  • Very good knowledge in English and German
