About the Role

Paretos GmbH is a leading AI-based decision intelligence platform that empowers business users to make data-driven decisions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion in the DACH region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, video call, or onsite to communicate with top decision-makers
  • Conduct high-level discussions to determine business needs and evoke interest in our products
  • Master and improve relevant steps from contact identification, data enrichment, need qualification, and internal handover
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Manager, Account Executives, and Customer Success Experts
  • Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to the company's greater goals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales for SaaS products, preferably in AI or Supply Chain Management
  • Tech-savviness and ability to leverage modern technology and tools
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Coachability and resilience
  • Eagerness to learn and develop into an Account Executive
  • Fluency in German and English
