We seek a motivated, curious professional with excellent communication skills to join our International Sales team and support business development, starting immediately. This paid 4-6 months internship offers valuable opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description:

  • Assisting in CRM System Updates: Support the team in maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  • Customer Interaction Monitoring: Track and monitor customer interactions and communications to ensure timely responses.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on existing accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Sales Contract Preparation: Assist Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Account Planning and Strategy Development: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account plans and strategies.
  • Customer Inquiries and Issues: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support account-specific initiatives and manage specific projects related to account management under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with basic sales cycle terminology and concepts.
  • Understanding of B2B Sales environment and willingness to learn.
  • Background or basic understanding of image, media, or sports industry.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations (optional).

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately €28,000 - €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
