The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Team Lead to join our growing team at LucaNet. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer strategy and implementing growth plans for our DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve their best performance.
  • Drive a dynamic and fast-paced environment, setting high standards and leading by example.
  • Manage the performance of your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to up-sell and cross-sell our products to existing customers.
  • Promote the migration of customers to our SaaS solution, negotiating new pricing and discounts effectively.
  • Utilize value and consultative selling approaches to meet customer needs effectively.

Requirements

  • SaaS Sales Expertise with proven ability to sell SaaS products and understand their benefits.
  • Financial Acumen with ability to engage with finance professionals and understand financial topics.
  • Client Relationship Management with strong track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Team/People Leadership experience with skills in pipeline management and forecasting.
