Business Development Manager B2B Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager B2B Sales Professional to join our team at BikeFinder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our state-of-the-art tracking solution and software portfolio to B2B and OEM markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of Tracking Solution and Software Portfolio
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in B2B and OEM markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and OEM markets
- Establish New Sales Channels
- Develop and implement plans to establish new sales channels through distributors and retailers
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the bike industry
- Management of Existing Sales Channels
- Manage and optimize existing sales channels to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement training programs for sales teams
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Experience in the bike industry preferred
- Skills
- Proven track record of sales and customer acquisition
- Ability to understand and pitch technical products and SaaS solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate work tools such as Salesforce and Teams
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
